Writings about Ataxia, being DeafBlind, family life. The best life can offer!

Sunday night blogging

Hi there! Good evening to you all!

As I sit sipping this cortado at a caffe on The Drive (Commercial Drive, Little Italy, Vancouver), I’m just complimenting the day as a whole!

After a long roundtable on BC Accessibility standards, of which I can’t really get my head around; I decided to head west from Main & 4th to UBC.

Now, I’ve been to UBC many times, both as a student – of SFU – and as a tourist.

Today, I just got a bus and zoomed west.

Arriving at UBC, I promptly drove my power chair off three steps! Some very helpful folks helped right this chair!

Then I got to the famed Rose Garden, and almost crashed a wedding!

After that, I had enough and headed east again. This time to where I am now!

It’s a nice relaxing day!

Response

  1. It might have been kind of fun to crash the wedding. The rose garden is beautiful,
