Writings about Ataxia, being DeafBlind, family life. The best life can offer!

Timely

You know, blogging is about spontaneity, right?

If something interesting or unusual happens to you, you feel like posting on social media.

If something happens to me, I usually end up waiting a week or two to right what’s left of my memory of that particular event.

Like: Last week I got off a bus, but people were trying to get ON while I was forcing my way OFF! Things got ugly!

But, as you can see, that was ambiguous, without a plot, shovel or reason. I had forgotten exactly why things got ugly!

If i had reported the problem then, I would have elaborated and explained the ugliness!

Did you know, my Depth Perception is as good as Kelsey Grammar in Expendables 3 (finally used that comparison!), so because of that I usually drive CJ-3 or walk with my eyes on the ground, watching for bumps, hidden curbs, 100 dollar bills, tree roots, etc…

But, occasionally, like today, I do hit objects that should not be there: Today, I drove into the ONLY chair anywhere on the entire convocation hall at SFU. It was a bright Red Chair and I totally did not see it!
Oh I’m fine, and so is the chair!

That’s why I need to blog more timely, otherwise you’d never know I had this bang up with a solitary chair!

Thanks for your time!
