Pain in the neck.

Hello my faithful readers, it’s been a while!

Yesterday, the right side of my neck simply “froze,” I couldn’t look that way unless I moved my shoulders.
I could true my head to the left with some strain, but not a great deal.

This inability to move my neck is right where I get botox shots everything three months.

I have this pain once in a while, and it does go away, eventually. I just gotta keep moving!

I think part of the issue is that my iPad / keyboard configuration needs improving.

The set up I have is a basic foldable combo. With the text at the bottom of the screen, inches from the keyboard, my head is bowed in respect… to Steve Jobs maybe?

Over time, this head bowing becomes painful.

Right now, I am mirroring with the TV, I can sit back, relax. Super helpful if I have a 75” TV!

I am looking for a High Rise iPad stand, with a Keyboard, so that I can write my blogs without having to lionize Mr. Jobs!

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Yes, I’ve searched Amazon…

Thank you for listening!
