Craig’s Word of the Day #1

Today’s word is…

Sfumato

This is a painting technique that blurs the lines between objects on a painting.

I found this word over 25 years ago when I was completing my Bachelor degree at, you guessed it, SFU; Simon Fraser University!

I’ve never used it in a sentence of any context, but I did score 48 points on using it on Scrabble!

Thank you for listening!
